Rupert Evans is a Chartered Environmentalist and has over 20 years’ experience in flood risk assessment, SUDS and flood management, and has worked on an array of projects across the UK, ranging from residential and commercial developments to strategic flood risk assessments for local authorities. Rupert has built up an excellent relationship with the Environment Agency and LLFA’s and is an active member of numerous professional institutions.
